Our Story

The Family-Owned Jewelry Store Burbank Has Known Since 1978

Garo and Zaven Dedeian have been designing and manufacturing solid gold and platinum jewelry in the same Burbank studio for 48 years. Two generations, one address, and the same standard the family set when they opened in 1978.

Inside the Burbank Jewelry Outlet studio — the jeweler's workbench and tools

In 1978, Garo Dedeian opened a jewelry studio on E Alameda Avenue in Burbank, California. He did not open a retail store that sold other people’s jewelry. He opened a manufacturing studio where he made his own, from raw materials, in-house, in Burbank.

Forty-eight years later, his son Zaven works at the same bench. The studio has grown: the 3D printers, laser welders, and precision microscopes that sit alongside the casting equipment are tools Garo could not have imagined in 1978. But the business is the same. They still design here. They still cast here. They still hand-finish every piece before it leaves the building.

That is not a marketing claim. It is a fact about this specific family and this specific location that no competitor in Burbank or the wider LA metro can replicate, because they have not been doing it for 48 years.

Burbank Jewelry Outlet is not an outlet in the discount-retail sense. The name reflects something more literal: this is where the gold comes out. From the Dedeian family’s hands to yours, without a distributor, an importer, or a corporate office between you.

Come in and see the studio. Meet Garo or Zaven. Watch a repair being done. That transparency is available to you because the people who make the jewelry are the same people who answer your questions when you walk through the door.
