Our jewelers assess your piece before cleaning and choose the method that will do the job without risking the stone or the setting.
We also use the cleaning visit as a courtesy inspection: while your piece is in the studio, our jewelers check for loose prongs, worn clasps, and developing cracks. If we find something that needs attention, we tell you before it becomes a repair.
Walk-in cleaning is welcome during store hours. For pieces that require more detailed work, drop-off and pickup is same-day for most standard cleans.
