You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions: We make every effort to display our products accurately, including photographs, descriptions, and specifications. All products are solid 14K gold unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your device’s display settings.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time you place an order are the prices you will be charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Availability: Because many of our pieces are crafted in small quantities in our Burbank studio, items may sell out. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Taxes: Applicable California sales tax is added at checkout based on the shipping destination, or based on our Burbank store address for in-store pickup orders.
Shipping area: The Site currently ships within the United States only.
3. Orders and Payment
Order acceptance: Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay, processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us promptly at (818) 845-9286 or info@burbankjewelryoutlet.com. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our returns process (see Section 5).
Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect involves fraud or unauthorized payment, and may require additional verification before processing high-value orders.
4. Shipping
Processing time: In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Custom and made-to-order pieces have a separate production timeline confirmed at the time you place a custom inquiry.
Shipping methods and carriers: Standard orders ship via FedEx 2-Day with adult signature required at delivery.
In-store pickup: Orders may also be picked up in person at our Burbank studio during store hours, once you receive a pickup-ready notification.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on order total, weight, and destination.
Risk of loss: All shipped orders are insured for the purchase value. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.
Delivery issues: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at (818) 845-9286 within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Exchange window: We offer exchanges on undamaged, correctly fulfilled orders within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges only; no monetary refunds on change-of-mind orders.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, arranging return shipping at no cost to you.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, and specially ordered pieces are final sale once production has begun.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
How to initiate an exchange: Contact us within the 7-day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Call (818) 845-9286 during store hours (Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat 10am–3pm).
Local customers: Walk-ins are welcome at 122 E Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91502, Mon–Fri 10am–5pm and Sat 10am–3pm; we can often resolve issues on the spot.

6. Product Warranty
Craftsmanship warranty: All jewelry sold by Burbank Jewelry Outlet is crafted in our Burbank studio. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece: if you discover a defect in materials or workmanship after your purchase, contact us and we will work with you on a repair or replacement at our discretion.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, or finish changes over time)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Loss or theft
- Damage from exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, or extreme conditions

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BURBANK JEWELRY OUTLET AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
